PTFE Coating

We perform PTFE coatings on various surfaces to enhance the properties of non-stick, smoothness, and chemical resistance of the base material.

The PTFE coating provides excellent resistance to very high temperatures, does not ignite, and does not conduct electricity. Therefore, it is suitable for use in various sectors of the industry: food, aerospace, medical, pharmaceutical, cosmetics, automotive.

In particular, we produce PTFE coatings (single or double layer) for various items, whether new or used, such as plates, blades, and bars (straight and angled), jaws, and pinions, using different materials (iron, steel, aluminum, and brass).

We guarantee a uniform coverage of the coating to enhance the performance and durability of the surfaces.

Nitro paiting

With our paint booth, we carry out the finishing of our products in short times, even addressing urgent requests.

We use nitro paint to ensure high resistance to scratches and impacts, maximum coverage, and high protection against gasoline, hydrocarbons, and chemicals. For special requests, we evaluate the possibility of applying a custom-colored paint.
